Fresno State Graduation Session | Frances’s Sunset Fall Grad Photos
On November 30th, I met up with Frances at Fresno State University for her graduation session — and this one was incredibly powerful and beautiful. She booked her photos alongside her friend Cynthia, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. The sun was setting over campus, the fall colors were glowing, and Fresno State was showing off the most gorgeous golden-hour light.
Frances is an Air Force veteran, which made this session feel even more meaningful. Celebrating a new chapter in her life after serving our country was such an honor to capture. She brought such confidence, calmness, and natural beauty to every single photo.
Even though it was a little cold outside, the weather created the dreamiest fall atmosphere. The leaves across Fresno State were turning shades of gold, orange, and deep red, making the entire campus look like a painted backdrop. It added so much warmth and depth to her photos — truly perfect for Fresno State fall grad photos.
Fresno State is one of my favorite places for graduation photography in Fresno, California, because each location on campus brings a different vibe while still keeping that signature Fresno State feel. Frances wanted something timeless, soft, and meaningful… and that’s exactly what we created. Every moment felt calm, elegant, and full of accomplishment.
